How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

Prices for UK. Some items can be combined for postage which is sent using tracked or insured postage. Items sent to postal system within 3 working days of reciept of email of buying notification. Can collect from our storage location with no postal charge.

Unwanted stuff , returned within 14 days at buyers expense , 20% restocking charge if goods returned in same condition as sent to you and refund aim to be processed within 21 days of reciept. You are advised to use a tracked delivery system .

Defective Items. Please email in the first instance , defects within 21 days please await return instructions. Defects will be assessed by ourselves and replacement/refund/repair created at our discretion. We will not be liable for customer misuse of items , please check manufacture website for correct usage before despatch. Items damaged in transit , please claim direct from the carrier for the value of the item sent , we will supply delivery proof etc. Non Delivery - please let us know within 21 days of payment for us to progress any claim.
