Neither of these are the easiest of sports to master. You are probably going to end up faceplanting into the water on a fair few occasions before you can actually manage to stay upright, unless you’re some kind of natural (and if you are, we’re incredibly jealous of you). We recommend you start learning during the warmer months though, unless you’re a seasoned pro and you can take the incredibly cold British weather. A wet suit won’t keep you all that warm, but it’s definitely a start. Not to mention the obvious, life jackets, a wakeboard or waterskiis. Maybe even a jetski if you’re feeling particularly ambitious!
