If running in your shorts in the middle of winter is a-ok with you, or if you’re happy to get up at 6am to go jogging before work starts, then you are probably quite dedicated to health and fitness. We’re not knocking it. It’s admirable even. Most of us can barely manage to muster the energy to roll out of bed first thing, let alone get dressed and get out of the door for a swift run around the block. We also know that keeping it up requires a few things. Like all sports, you need the appropriate clothing for whatever aspect of athletics you partake in. You also need a comfortable pair of trainers. Some also like to keep track of the calories they’re burning when they work out, in which case you’re going to be in need of a counter or monitor to keep you on track.
