We deliver all orders ASAP normally 2 to 4 days, all deliveries with in 30 miles from B13 are free, if you live oustide this we can normaly delivery between 100 and 15o miles from B13, please contact us for a delivery charge. We are able to deliver normaly 7 days a week including bank holidays and evenings by prior arrangment, also the deliveries are timed so you will not be waiting in all day, we can be contacted on 0777-9347477 and kindly request you give us a contact number to to help with deliveries, we will not use this number for any sales calls or sell or give it to any other company or person.

Our intention is to offer first class products and a first class service, we currently deliver all our own furniture, this ensures that all goods arrvie as they should, in perfect condtion, we can also offer a service were we can assemble any flat packed furniture for you, if interested please contact us on 0777-9347477.
All brand new furniture is covered by the manufactures gaurantee, we will always work with our customers to reslove any problems.
Any returns must be notified to us straigh away! no assembly must have taken place and the complete order must be returned in the excat packages that it was delivered in, this is very important because we have to prove we or the customer has not damaged the items in any way and it is a design fault or factory fault the goods need to be returned. All goods are checked before we deliver them, and we are happy to take them out of the box on deliver to ensure all is fine, we take this extra trouble because we want our customers to be happy and to return to us and be happy to recomend us, this also helps us keep the cost down so you the customer gets a great deal.
