Items that weigh less than 2 kg will be posted Royal Mail Standard Parcel.

We hope that your order will be exactly what you have been looking for, but if you change your mind about our products you can return them for any reason within 7 days for a refund (excluding postage costs)
Unless the goods are defective (on receipt), damaged (on receipt) or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Outback Travel (the goods must be in the original packaging in their original condition, with tags attached and with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
If you don't like the colour, size etc. of product you recieved and would like to exchange it for another one, please buy the product you like and return the product you recieved for a refund.
If however the goods are faulty or damaged then please contact us at sales@greensitts.co.uk for specific return details.All faults should be notifide within 24 hours of recieving the goods.
All damaged in transit goods should be notifide within 18 hours of recieving the goods. It is your responsibility to check the goods straigh after recieving them. If we recieve notification of damaged goods later then 18 hours after you recieved goods we will be able refund you only 50% of the cost of the goods as the courier accept the damaged claims only within 24 hours.
