DISPATCH: We always endeavour to give you the best possible value and service with the dispatch cost of your item/s. All shipping prices are fully inclusive of all handling and packaging fees and no profits are made on our P&P charges. We usually dispatch same or next day (except weekends). RETURNS: Before you return any item, please make a full report in writing (or email us) within 2 days of receipt, stating clearly the problem. We will then advise the next step forward. All goods must be intact and in original packaging and condition with seals unbroken. Items with opened seals and packaging will be subject to a 25% (value of the goods) re-packaging fee.
