All publications are sent out by Royal Mail First Class in Jiffy envelopes. Majority of items ordered before 4pm are despatched the same working day. During heavy demand they can be delayed by 24-48 hours. Therefore you should receive your items anywhere between 1 - 5 days. If you have any problem with receiving your items, please contact me after 4-5 working days.
Any losses that very rarely occur will result in a replacement or immediate refund. Postal strikes, Weather and other unforeseen events can delay delivery. If there is such a problem you will be notified.
Any problems with your order and you will be informed immediately.
Faulty items
Please inspect the item on receipt. If an item is damaged or clearly flawed you can return it to us for inspection. A faulty product will result in a full refund or replacement , depending on your requirement. Postage costs will be paid for.
Normal Returns
At Meteodale you can return any unused item in pristine condition within 28 days. The item must be in mint condition and for your own safety, you should return it recorded delivery. You will receive a full refund minus postage . Please call us on 01472 859669 before you return it or Email us. Your return postage costs will NOT be refunded. Please ensure you order the correct item to keep returns to a minimum.
