Once I have received payment orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs (excluding weekends). Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) or DHL (Secure 48hr courier) depending on the total weight of your order. Many items I sell are offered with free postage, but on larger orders my maximum postage charge is £5 (UK). I will also ship to Europe (please ask for rates on individual items). All deliveries are to be signed for as proof of delivery. If you are out the delivery officer should leave a card with further instructions. Please follow these as the courier will return parcels to me if no contact is made within 7 days. I will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. Please contact me if you have not received your order within 5 working days.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty Items - Replacements or full refund including original postage and customer return postage will be offered.
Non faulty items - Unwanted and unsuitable goods can be returned at the customers expense. Only the item price will be refunded. If you are unsure if an item will be suitable, why not request a free fabric sample before you make a purchase.
Items must be returned in the original condition & packaging with a copy of the dispatch note.
Please contact seller prior to returning any item and await further instruction.
