It takes between 3-10 working days after payment for the order is cleared. We will notify you via email in some rare exceptional cases if your delivery time will exceed the normal duration.Is the delivery traceable?Unless we advise you via email otherwise, we use Royal Mail recorded for shipping the order. We will email you the tracking number when the order is dispatched. We will also post the tracking number in your accounts including the updated shipping status. You could also go to Royal Mail official site to trace the order. Will delivery be affected by the weather conditions or other unexpected situation?We'll try our best to deliver parcels on time in areas affected by the snow. However, due to the adverse weather conditions or other unexpected situation, delivery may take longer than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. What if I'm not in to receive the delivery?No problem! Our courier will either find a safe place to leave your parcel (eg with a neighbour) or they'll leave a calling card with a phone number, so you can contact them to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time. Can I cancel my order under the Distance Selling Regulations?Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for goods at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing. If you have already received the items, they must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. How do I make a return?It is important to obtain a return reference before sending back the item to us. Please email customerservices@kikoopretty.com and provide your order number, either name or code of the products to be returned. If you wish to exchange the item for other sizes or items, please state it clearly in your email.Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will provide you a return reference number and post label of the return address. Please return the item to the advised address and make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement.Please note we will issue refunds only to the card / Paypal account which was used to pay for the goods. I haven't received my refund yet?Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If it’s been longer than 14 days since you returned your parcel, please email us at customerservices@kikoopretty.com. What's your returns policy?You can return any item to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to make an administration charge for late returns. The charge will be deducted from your refund or applied to your account. Acceptance of a return by our courier is not deemed to be acceptance by the company. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items being sent.
