Next Day Delivery
Where next day delivery is offered, this means the next business day after an order is processed. Orders must be placed before 1 pm on a normal working day to qualify for next day delivery. Orders received outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next working day.
UK orders will be sent via first class recorded post or other signed-for carrier service. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will normally be within seven working days, though customers should be aware that delays can occur, particularly at peak periods like Christmas. Please allow up to 28 days for your goods to arrive.
Whilst every effort is made to maintain our high standards, we appreciate that there will be occasions when goods fail to meet expectations. Any error, omission or damage must be reported within 24 hours to customer services. The goods should then be returned for exchange or refund within seven days of delivery, in the original packaging and via our nominated carrier, to:

Please ensure that higher value items are properly insured; and that the full name, address and order number are included. If the items do prove to be faulty, damaged or otherwise not as ordered, we will reimburse the postage costs.

If you choose to cancel an order after the item has been despatched and we decide to accept the return you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original unspoilt packaging. Items which are despatched direct from our suppliers may be subject to a restocking fee on return: we reserve the right to pass on any such charges incurred. Please be aware that some items, such as goods made to order, cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.
