Free delivery will only offered to local customers with in a radius of 30 miles of Birmingham B31 area. If you are unsure, please ask us first 0777-9347477 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0777-9347477 end_of_the_skype_highlighting.Deliveries can also be made up to and with in a 80 mile radius of Birmingham B31 area with a delivery charge applied which is dependant on the items ordered and the distance, please ask first for a delivery quote.We apologise we are not able to deliver further this is due to overnight transport cost in relation to large furniture items which would make us un competitive .We deliver all our furniture by ourselves in our own van this ensure no damage and no delivery delays, we arrange a delivery time and date with the customer over the phone prior to any deliveries and for large items we ask that there is some one to help unload, we can supply a two men delivery after prior arrangement and with an extra cost, we are not able to assemble any flat pack furniture but can provide contact information if required please ask. We can however offer assembly of our pine wardrobes and divan beds, there is a small charge for this service. Deliveries can be made Monday to Sunday and evenings all by prior arrangement.It is very important we are provide with full address delivery details including the post code and extremely important we have full contact numbers so we can arrange delivery etc, we will not ever pass you details on in any way and we will not contact for any sales reasons by we simply need to arrange deliver with you and ensure on the day we are able to contact you should there be a traffic problem etc.
