How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our product is shipped from Jersey in the Channel Islands. We are ideally located to ship to the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Over 90% of shipments are delivered to UK addresses within 3-5 working days, and most European destinations within 5-10 working days. Our shipping company ensures full pre-sortation of mail that meets the requirements of priority delivery.
What is your returns policy?
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 21 day guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 7 days of your order date. Software must remain sealed, and hardware must contain all component parts. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. Each returned item will be tested. In case the item is found not to be faulty by our test center it may be returned to you and you will be liable for the postage. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Please include your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
We do not issue refunds on game points as all points are registered and once opened are void of warranty. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs of processing the sale. We do not issue refunds on game points. If you have a game that is defective just keep your receipt and contact the game supplier so they can help you with this issue. We do not offer any refund on open games or software, only the official manufacture covers this warranty.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it to us unopened at your own expense within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You will only be refunded the product cost as we also incur cost to ship and fulfill your items. Please note that we will retain £3.99 fixed fee for postage and restocking expenses. We do not accept returns for non-faulty unwanted items in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed. Before returning your product please contact us HERE to confirm your cancellation of the order. No returns authorization code is required but ensure the item is packaged securely and include with your return a note stating your order number and reason for return. Please send the item back via Recorded Delivery – if goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, www.channelgoods.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.
If you are returning hardware we advise you send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit.
Incorrect Item Returns
If we ship you the wrong product (or game for the wrong platform) or multiple copies of the same title you may return the product to us unopened within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (or the correct product if applicable). We will refund your credit/debit card the total sale amount, once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please package securely and return by Recorded Delivery along with a note containing your account code, order number and reason for return.
