I have not recieved this item and when I contacting lapwater in an attempt to track the Item I verbally abused hung up upon. I am still waiting a week after it was apparently dispatched 1st class recorded delivery. I dont suppose i'll get the product or money back and certainly would NOT order from such a hostile company again. A training course in customer relations is strongly advised.
