How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

All returns will be refunded for the product excluding any related postage fees. It is recommended that any returns are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post.Please note: We accept a 7 day return policy on dry goods only (Not Livestock or Perishable items) however the goods must be returned within 7 days and need to be returned in a new, unused and unopened/resaleable condition, the buyer will be liable to pay for the postage costs to return the item along with the initial postage costs.Under no circumstances will we refund or replace any items where the buyer has not returned the items to ourselves.
