How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

Next Day Delivery

Where next day delivery is offered, this means the next business day after an order is processed. Orders must be placed before 1 pm on a normal working day to qualify for next day delivery. Orders received outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next working day.

UK orders will be sent via first class recorded post or other signed-for carrier service. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will normally be within seven working days, though customers should be aware that delays can occur, particularly at peak periods like Christmas. Please allow up to 28 days for your goods to arrive.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain our high standards, we appreciate that there will be occasions when goods fail to meet expectations. Any error, omission or damage must be reported within 24 hours to customer services. The goods should then be returned for exchange or refund within seven days of delivery, in the original packaging and via our nominated carrier, to:
