How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

Your order is despatched the same day or next day depending on the time you place your order, i.e. place order at 4pm and your order is despatched the next day.

All orders are sent out by Royal Mail either 1st class Recorded or 2nd Class Recorded. This is so we can track your order at all times.

For Heavier items a Tracked Courier Service is used.

Any addresses outside the UK will carry additional postage charges. Please notify us of your country and we can email you a price for postage before you place your order.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to post your item/items that day. The cut off time for delivery is 3pm after this time your order will be processed and sent out for delivery the next day. For most items we use Royal Mail Record First or Second Class post this will need to be signed for.

Please make sure that you will be in for delivery or if Royal Mail leaves a card please collect from your Royal Mail Office otherwise Royal Mail your parcel back to us. If this happens please contact us to arrange another delivery, but note you will be charged a postage fee as stated on our returns page.

Back Orders

If your item has become unavailable for whatever reason i.e. broken stock or out of stock, we will email you straight away with options to either refund the item or to put the item on back order for you. We will email you to keep you up to date with the progress of your order.

You will always be emailed with the options to cancel your order, refund your order or have an alternative sent in place of the item you asked for. We always work to help the customer

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ 28 days from the date of despatch. Simply inform us by email at pet-troopers@blingmotors.co.uk.

Items returned after 28 days will not be refunded but a Credit Note will be given.

You must return the item within the 28 days from the despatch date, the item must be in its original 'unused condition' and we will refund the product price. This will not include your original postage costs or your return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size then in the first instance you should always contact us within 7 day of receiving the item.

To exchange any product you must ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. When sending the item back we ask that you put your name, eBay user-id, address and reason for exchange in the parcel. This will speed up the exchange process.

All items should be sent back via Royal Mail Recorded Post for your own proof of delivery. Pet Troopers will not take responsibility for items lost in transit. A refund will be given for the cost of the item only; postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Please note there is a postage and packing charge of £3.00 to send out an exchanged item. Please enclose a cheque made payable to Pet Troopers or send payment via PayPal to info@blingmotors.co.uk, when returning the item for exchange.

A quicker way to do this process would be to send the item back as instructed above, we refund your item and you can then purchase the correct item from our shop.
