How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

All UK orders over £5.00 exc VAT will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class "Recorded Delivery". 1st Class Recorded takes between 1 and 3 working days.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address you have stated, to prevent delivery charges being incurred for re-delivery. If you need to contact us to re-deliver you will need to pay the delivery charge plus VAT again.

If the order is subsequently cancelled a credit will be made less a restocking fee of 25% of the order, plus the initial delivery charge .

6.1 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.
6.2 Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect faulty Goods if the items are large, otherwise the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
6.3 Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
6.4 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
6.5 Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding original delivery charges). Buyer must pay for return postal charges within 7 days of cancellation.
6.6 Due to the techincal nature of the products we cannot accept returns if the products has been opened or any seals broken, unless the product is faulty.
