How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

For UK mainland deliveries: All our items are sent either Royal Mail 1st Class post or FedEx 24 hour courier. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 working days after cleared payment has been received, however sometimes this may vary depending on the postal system in your area. Some deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

For EU & Worldwide Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 working days after cleared payment has been received. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We take a lot of care in the quality of the products that we send to you, and want you to be happy with the service we provide. If you have any questions about your order, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 5199. We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.

(1) First, you must have a Unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 5199 quoting your user ID. We are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

(2) Include with your return this Unique number along with your name, address & day time telephone number and the reason the item is being returned and ensure that you include the Ebay despatch note. Then post it to us within 7 days of receipt.

Goods can only be credited if they are in ‘new’ condition and any packaging is undamaged. Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card/paypal account no later than 5 working days after we receive your returned goods and will exclude any delivery and handling costs incurred by us.

Returning by post/carrier - We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post or a commercial carrier like Fedex.
