How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

We have most items in stock so can normally dispatch within 2-5 working days of payment received, but if you need it sooner, give us a call on 01483 795000 and we will do our best to meet your delivery requirements.

If you wish to arrange a return please email us on jennifer@keilltrading.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number.
-Please check your goods immediately on receipt. Any damaged items must be notified to Keill Trading by email within 24 hours. You will be given a returns number.
-Fill out the required information on the returns form, including your order ID and returns number. (If the item has been damaged in transit please describe what damage has occurred)
-Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if you are not happy with your goods we will provide you with a full refund providing that goods are returned within 7 days in the condition sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, in its original packaging and in an unworn condition.
-We cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty or rings that have been engraved, specially made or resized to fit.
- Goods must be returned by recorded delivery, return postage will be at the buyers own expense unless the item has been damaged in transit.
