How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. All goods listed for sale are new and are covered by the manufacturers guarantees.If for any reason a product has failed within the guarantee period, we will either repair or replace the said item if the item is genuinely at fault.
