Unwanted Goods:
We are happy to exchange unsuitable or unwanted items as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition and unopened, in their original packaging, with the receipt and within Seven days of delivery. In such circumstances we will not refund either the original postage or your return postage. We do not send goods out on approval. Please note there will be a 10% re-stocking / Admin fee which will be taken off the total.Faulty Goods:
If you wish to return the item due to it being faulty, please supply us with a copy of your delivery note stating the fault and send it back to us with the item and its original packaging, within Seven working days.
