• Once you complete your order payment, we'll ship the goods out to you typically within 3 business day.
• You receive the professionally and securely packed goods at your doorstep.
• We send items via DHL, Fedex, UPS or Royal Mail (Please allow 3 - 8 days for UK deliveries), also please keep in mind that postage to remote areas often takes longer, and this is not a reflection on our postage methods.

• We are not responsible for carrier transit times. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
• Customers have responsobilities to pay for custom charge or import tax.

• We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer next day delivery, Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Returns and Refunds
• All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
• Fewer than 1% of all shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issue.
• In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from the warehouse, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back we will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.
• If you experience any problem with a product bought from us, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
• In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the warehouse are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by us.
• Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
• We accept return of unwanted items at the buyers expense within 14 days after receiving
• Items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged and unused.
• Guarantee does not cover damage by the buyer nor will it cover for damage caused by flashing of the firmware etc

• there is a 20% restocking charge this is to cover relisting and the associated administration.
• The refund amount will usually be 80% of your total purchase price. Although, there may deductions for depreciation if the item is not considered (by us) in a brand new resalable condition.
