How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.

Non-defective items Return Policy
All The amazool.com products, may be returned to us whatever the reason within 7 days after receiving your order. However, depending on the reason, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the shipping costs that will pay for sending the products back to us. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If you decide to return a product because you do not want it anymore, you may return it and we will refund your order completely except for the shipping costs. You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. Defective items Return Policy
