How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

for all fm products we use DPD delivery service. when placeing an order we will need a mobile contact number for DPD to tex you your tracking number, date of delivery and the time for you to collect your goods. all orders are £5 shipping so no matter how many items you order from fm it will still be £5 shipping charge. and it will be next working day (mon-fri only).

FM (Federico Mahora) is a designer brand expanding quickly throughout the UK.
Instead of using shops, models, celebrities, TV ads, etc to sell their range they have chosen to use a network of distributors (people like me).
The money normally spent on celebrity endorsements, TV ads, models and shops is used on creating new fragrances and products for all of our customers.
Obviously, we don't get million pound contracts like the celebs so FM actually saves a lot of money; this is passed on to you the customer, making FM fragrances much more affordable for you.
FM have over 160 fragrances, so they decided that instead of giving each perfume a name and having to pay trademark costs they would use numbers - again, saving a lot of money!
To enable us to share the fragrances with customers quickly they have created fragrances that share family notes with the most well known designer fragrances.
This means that we don't have to try convince you to buy a new "smell", you may already recognise the scent, making it easier for you to choose a fragrance and because of the price a lot less risky trying out new fragrances

We do not display sellers' private telephone number within ads. Instead we allocate each advertiser with a privacy number. Privacy numbers help to keep adflyer sellers' personal details hidden from other users of the site. This is done to prevent people from abusing the information displayed on the site. It also helps to ensure that all calls made are for no other reason than contacting advertisers regarding adverts.
