What is Instant Payment Notification (IPN) ?
PayPal‘s Instant Payment Notification (IPN) allows you to integrate PayPal payments with adflyer’s back-end operations and ensures you never miss an adflyer order.

How To enable IPN:

1. Log in to your Business or Premier PayPal account.
2. Under "My Account" tab click the "Profile" subtab
3. Under "Selling Preferences" click on "Instant Payment Notification Preferences"
4. Click "edit settings"
5. Click the checkbox and enter the URL at which you would like to receive your IPN Notifications. Note: if you don't have your own website please enter http://www.adflyer.co.uk/paypal.aspx
6. Click Save

Completed PayPal payments may need an additional button click (“Return To adflyer”) for returning to the adflyer website. To automatically return customers to adflyer after the order is complete it's recommended that "Auto Return" is also enabled.

What is Auto Return ?
With Auto Return enabled, you automatically send customers back to the website they purchased from for confirmation without making them click an extra button before returning.

How To set up Auto Return:
Auto Return is disabled by default. To enable it please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.co.uk.
2. Under "my account" click the "Profile" subtab.
3. Under "Selling Preferences" click "Website Payment Preferences".
4. Under "Auto Return for Website Payments" click "On" to enable Auto Return.
5. In the Return URL field, enter the URL to which you want your payers redirected after they complete their payments. Note: if you don't have your own website, please enter https://www.adflyer.co.uk/checkout
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save.
