How does buying on adflyer work?
When you make a purchase on adflyer you're buying items directly from the seller and not paying  adflyer.

Each seller will have their own shipping and returns policies which are displayed in the seller's shop window. If you have questions about any of these, it's best to contact the seller directly before making any purchase.

When you find an item you want to buy, either buy it there and then using the "buy now" payment process, or click "add to basket" on the item listing page. To access your shopping basket, click the basket icon in the top right site corner.

How can I spot a fake seller and avoid being a fraud victim?
Fraud on adflyer is extremely rare,but as with any internet transaction, there is always a small potential threat. We have dedicated team members who filter all items placed to check that they are legitimate and that enquiries sent using the site are scam free.
However there are some pointers which might indicate that a seller is not completely legit:

They sell high priced goods at unusually low prices. Some genuine sellers do know where to get great deals, but be wary of offers that seem incredibly cheap. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is…..

The seller hasn't uploaded a profile picture or completed their profile. This can be a tricky one. There are genuine sellers who don't provide personal information, but people who are more involved in the social side of the website are generally safer sellers. Fraudsters don't have the time complete a thoughtful profile and make contacts on adflyer.
 
What happens at checkout?
If you want to purchase one item you can checkout immediately and pay the seller via PayPal / credit card. If you want to purchase multiple items from the same or different sellers, you can add items to your shopping basket and when you're ready, go through to the checkout to pay sellers individually.

Who pays for postage?
Unless postage is free, shipping costs are added to the final sale price and paid by the buyer.

The item I purchased didn't arrive. What should I do?
First contact the seller to check on progress. If the item has been dispatched, ask the seller to call the delivery service to track the package.

If your package does not arrive, contact PayPal who can usually help to get a refund from the seller.
