How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

1 Please note all items and products that we sell are brand new boxed unless stated. We check all our items are complete before we dispatch it to yourselves. All serial numbers are logged on our database for security reasons.
2.You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the day you received your goods. All goods must be returned in its unused prestine original condition.
3. All returns must have a valid returns number,All returns must be received within 7 days of the returns issue number date. To obtain a returns issue number please email- Daniel@AFDirect.co.uk or alternaitivly call 01937 541479. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all original packing materials and boxes, manuals, blank warranty cards, all other accessories however small and documentation provided by the manufacturer. WE REQUIRE THE ITEM BACK BEFORE WE ISSUE A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE.
5. We strongly recommend the package you are returning is fully insured. We suggest you use a service that can provide proof of delivery. A Force Direct will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. All shipping back to A Force Direct is paid for by you the customer unless it is due to an error buy A Force Direct or the item is faulty.
7. Any Software that has been opened and is not defective can not be returned under any circumstance

We do not display sellers' private telephone number within ads. Instead we allocate each advertiser with a privacy number. Privacy numbers help to keep adflyer sellers' personal details hidden from other users of the site. This is done to prevent people from abusing the information displayed on the site. It also helps to ensure that all calls made are for no other reason than contacting advertisers regarding adverts.

To help protect the seller's privacy, adflyer will route calls to the personal phone number the seller provided. Once the advert expires, so does the privacy number. Our privacy numbers start with 0701 or 0705 and are displayed on all advert pages.
