How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.

Non-defective items Return Policy
All The amazool.com products, may be returned to us whatever the reason within 7 days after receiving your order. However, depending on the reason, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the shipping costs that will pay for sending the products back to us. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If you decide to return a product because you do not want it anymore, you may return it and we will refund your order completely except for the shipping costs. The refund will be effective as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not refund the shipping costs that you pay for sending the products back to us.
You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase. Defective items Return Policy
You may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an Exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the original products, we will refund full money to your PayPal Account within 24 hours.
If we accidentally included an incorrect product in your order, you may send it back to us in order to get a refund or an exchange.
