The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition(unmarked).

Please include full name and address details with your return including your reason for returning your item. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept headset returns.
We will exchange any faulty item for a like for like replacement. Only If the item is no longer in stock will a refund be offered.
