We have been established for over 9 years and have been supplying the
public with excellent products with great value and service and in the last 18
months we have brought our service online.
All our products our stocked in our 9,500 sq ft warehouse and are shipped
out directly from there so there is no long waiting times for products to arrive
unlike most of our competitors.
We are based in Manchester and have a superstore also so occasionally some
products which are on our adflyer shop sell out in our superstore so they may be
temporarily out of stock but only for a short time but if u want to double check
before ordering, that an item is in stock call the helpline on 0161 408

Please only email us via adflyer. Our Customer Service Staff will only respond to
emails from adflyer. Emails sent to any other emails addresses will not be
answered.
Email response time is usually 24 hours but may take a little longer during busy
periods, so please only send 1 email and be patient It will be answered. More emails
just slow the response times.
Returns
& Refunds
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all products (minus the original postage
cost) as long as the following occurs
We have been notified via email within 7 days of purchase.
The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition(unmarked).
It is posted back to us within 10 days of the purchase date.
Please include full name and address details with your return including your
reason for returning your item. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept headset
returns.
We will exchange any faulty item for a like for like replacement. Only If the
item is no longer in stock will a refund be offered.
We will only accept faulty items which are within 3 months of the purchase date
and must be accompanied by your receipt. After this period any product with a 12
month warranty must be sent back to the manufacturer.
All returned items are tested and if found to be working will be returned to
you.
Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and
you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or
exchange.
