How does PayPal Buyer Protection Work on adflyer?

Purchase an eligible item from a adflyer seller and check out using PayPal.
If your item doesn't arrive or is very different from the description on adflyer, file a dispute through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Your dispute must be filed with 45 days of the payment date.
Communicate with the seller directly and try to resolve the dispute together. adflyer support may also be able to help you resolve the situation quickly.
If your dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, you can escalate your dispute into a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days of filing the initial dispute with PayPal.
PayPal will make a decision on your claim and if they decide in your favor, they will credit your account with the full purchase price including shipping costs.

We always accept returns within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund (minus postage costs) items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are outside the 14 day period we can not offer you a full refund, but we can offer a part refund up to 30% of the item with FREE shipping.

Please note the following points:

1. You must contact us by email, outlining the reasons for your return and to receive a returns number. If no contact is made via email prior to you returning an item or you return any item without a returns number then your return will not be processed. Once you receive your returns number, we must receive the returned item within 7 working days, if we do not receive the return within 7 working days your return will not be processed.

2. You will be responsible for postage fee when returning an item to us. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

3. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

4. For items that do not fit we can only offer an exchange or credit note as accurate measurements are clearly displayed on each item.

The refund will be credited back onto your card within 10 days from when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email. Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.

If your order receives free delivery and is subsequently returned, a handling charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our postage and packaging costs.

Please note - We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items listed in the sale rail section of this website and also for hygiene reasons earrings, leggings, tights, stockings and lingerie.
