All our items are in stock. We normally despatch the same day or the next day if the demand is heavy. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, sometimes you may receive the next day. Returns
Faulty items - Please inspect the item on receipt. If an item is clearly flawed you can return it to us for inspection. A faulty product will result in a full refund or replacement , depending on your requirement. Postage costs will be paid for.
Normal Returns - Distance Seller rules mean that you can return an item within 14 days. At Meteodale we extend this to 28 days. The item must be in mint condition and for your own safety, you should return it recorded delivery. You will receive a full refund as the amount you paid at purchase.
