All items can be shipped either nationally, or internationally from the UK, but postal charges will apply. Postage and Packaging - The term P&P stands for Postage and packaging. These include costs of postage, packing material, professional handling of goods and other fees that are part of processing your order.
Returns - At Lowplex we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and therefore are quite happy to accept returns if you are not completely pleased with your product, as long as it is returned to us in the same condition sent to you and we have been contacted within 7 days of receiving the product by e-mail, so that our staff are aware of the matter.
Address Check - Please check the local address you have given us is correct. This may sound obvious, but every so often we have a similar case.
Faulty Goods - Our goods are inspected carefully by our packing staff before being dispatched, and so will be in good condition. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty (damaged in transit e.t.c), we will gladly accept the return and replace the product for absolutely no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we are also willing to refund you.
