Description
A variety of mostly mapped walks to suit both the casual walker and the more serious hiker are contained in this illustrated guide. Detailed maps include information on the route - scenery, distance, terrain, places of interest - together with dog-friendly walks.;Special features include: an introductory location map indicating the starting point of every walk; a summary of distance, time, gradient, level of difficulty, type of surface and access, landscape, dog friendliness, parking and public toilets; places to visit along the way; refreshment information; and a "what to look for" panel featuring more specific detail of urban and industrial heritage, flora and fauna.
Delivery
We only despatch by First Class Royal Mail in padded bubble envelopes to protect the product.
Although rarely would take this long, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, sometimes you may receive the next day.
We will try and do our best to get the map to you ASAP. If you need recorded delivery, please add £1 to the price.
During Postal disputes the delivery can be delayed during and any other events. This is beyond our control.
You can request refunds/cancel at anytime before despatch
Returns
Faulty items - Please inspect the item on receipt. If an item is damaged or clearly flawed you can return it to us for inspection. A faulty product will result in a full refund or replacement , depending on your requirement. Postage costs will be paid for.
Normal Returns - At Meteodale you can return any unused item in pristine condition within 28 days. The item must be in mint condition and for your own safety, you should return it recorded delivery. You will receive a full refund being the amount you paid at purchase. Please call us on 01472 859669 before you return it or Email us using the adflyer Email system. Your return postage costs will NOT be refunded. I will absorb the costs of posting to you and packaging costs. Please ensure you order the correct item to keep returns to a minimum.
Information about the product
To ask whether a town or village is on a given map or info about a book, you are welcome to call us or adflyer Email. If you want to check whether there is a new edition we can provide this information. Ordnance Survey often update products. We can also tell you about upcoming releases of maps that will be available on adflyer.

If you are unhappy , please contact us first. We will do all in our power to remedy a problem.
Sometimes items go missing in the post, but this is rare. A replacement will be sent recorded delivery or refund given.
It has been known for us to make an error , like sending you an incorrect item. If this happens although extremely rare, you will receive a partial refund and the correct item sent. Basically we believe in excellent customer service and it is not in our interest to dissapoint any customer.
Feedback is automatically left for you. Invoices will be sent by Email. Hard copy on request.
